Randstad Education is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and 1:1 Support Assistants for friendly primary schools across Liverpool. Whether you want flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements, or full-time roles, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Impact in the Classroom As a TA or 1:1 Support Assistant, you will support children academically and emotionally-either anchoring a whole classroom alongside the teacher or providing life-changing 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Empowering Learners: Supporting classroom learning through group and individual work.
- Boosting Engagement: Helping children stay focused, motivated, and excited to learn.
- Supporting SEND & Wellbeing: Providing a calm, positive presence for pupils with SEND, behavioural, or emotional needs.
- Partnering with Teachers: Assisting with lesson activities and maintaining an inclusive environment.
We welcome backgrounds in primary schools, nurseries, SEND, youth work, or care/support work. Experience with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH is highly desirable, but a passion for shaping young lives is what truly matters.
