The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver BREEAM assessments and manage the full certification process.
- Prepare high quality, clear, robust technical reports and evidence packs.
- Lead client and design team meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Play an active part in SRE’s growing team.
- Manage Key Client Accounts, developing long\-term and constructive relationships.

Skills, Qualifications \& Experience
Candidates will be expected to have:
- 2 years minimum experience of working with BREEAM assessments.
- A relevant degree in Sustainability.
- Background in engineering or architecture.
- BREEAM Assessor qualification.
- Experience in project management, encompassing the preparation of fee proposals, budget planning, meeting deadlines, and effectively leading meetings.
- Work with design teams on a range of innovative and high profile developments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience providing appropriate low carbon material and solutions to lower the embodied carbon of a project.
- Experience in report writing and communication skills for clients and internal team.
- BREEAM In\-Use, RFO and International
- Use of One Click or other LCA software
- Knowledge of the RICS WLC guidance methodology
- Knowledge of Circular Economy principles and reporting
- A building/sustainability/materials related MSc
- Experience advising on net zero buildings
- Knowledge of LEED, CRREM, NABORS, FitWel etc.
- Knowledge of TCFD and EU Taxonomy
