You’ll also receive comprehensive training and clear pathways for career development, whether you’re just starting out in care or looking to grow further in the sector.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ previous UK care experience

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management


• Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and positive environment


• Working alongside healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans


• Keeping an eye on clients’ health and well\-being, and reporting any changes or concerns promptly


• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with your team


• Taking part in ongoing training and development to continually build your skills
