To be considered, you’ll need:
- At least 6 months’ previous UK care experience
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and positive environment
- Working alongside healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans
- Keeping an eye on clients’ health and well\-being, and reporting any changes or concerns promptly
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with your team
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to continually build your skills
