Responsibilities

• Offer personalized support to children and young people, assisting with daily activities and developmental needs

• Mentor and motivate individuals through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback


• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop tailored support plans


• Assist in organizing engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction


• Maintain accurate records of progress, incidents, and support provided in compliance with organizational policies


• Promote safety protocols at all times, ensuring a secure environment for all participants

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in a supportive or educational setting is highly desirable


• Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in others


• Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for diverse learning needs


• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members


• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives


• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
