Hours: Monday – Friday 0800\-1700 or equivalent
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of the Company's global marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager who will be in the US, this role will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. Whilst overall strategic direction, priorities and objectives will be set and approved by the Global Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, managing day\-to\-day marketing activities with minimal supervision.
This is a senior hands\-on marketing role requiring an experienced individual who can take ownership of projects, identify opportunities, make recommendations and independently deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Experience \& Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrable experience analysing campaign performance and producing actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions within agreed strategic parameters.
- Experience marketing technical or industrial products.
- Experience working within an international business environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
Marketing Strategy \& Planning
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Translate strategic direction provided by the Global Marketing Manager into effective marketing activities and campaigns.
- Identify marketing opportunities and make recommendations to improve brand awareness, market reach and lead generation.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing projects from conception through to completion.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver multi\-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign schedules, content calendars and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
- Ensure marketing activities deliver measurable commercial outcomes and return on investment.
- Manage and optimise SEO and PPC activities.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media activity and content planning.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Liaise with external developers and suppliers regarding website improvements and technical issues.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, case studies and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
- Coordinate the development of visual and written marketing materials.
- Maintain and optimise CRM data and marketing automation processes.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Sales and Management teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Produce regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to the Global Marketing Manager to support strategic decision\-making.
- Manage relationships with external marketing suppliers, agencies and service providers.
- Coordinate marketing activities across departments where required.
- Support the Global Marketing Manager in the successful delivery of company\-wide marketing objectives.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be expected to make day\-to\-day operational marketing decisions independently within agreed budgets, policies and strategic direction. Significant strategic decisions, budget approvals and changes to business priorities will remain subject to approval by the Global Marketing Manager.
