Support Worker/Property Officer
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Support Worker / Property Officer to join our team supporting vulnerable adults within supported accommodation. This is a hands\-on role that combines resident support, property management, and office\-based administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be required to work both within the community and from the office, including completing office\-based admin duties two days per week. This will include carrying out support sessions, updating resident records, completing reports, responding to enquiries, and assisting with the day\-to\-day administration of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly property visits and complete inspections
- Carry out check\-ins for new residents, ensuring a smooth move\-in process
- Ensure bedrooms are fully prepared for incoming residents (bedding, cleanliness, and setup)
- Complete basic cleaning duties to maintain property standards
- Purchase essential items for properties (cleaning supplies, bedding, etc.)
- Top up gas and electric meters where required
- Provide 1:1 support sessions to residents
- Carry out wellbeing calls and maintain daily contact notes
- Support residents with budgeting, accessing services, and developing independent living skills
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Ensure all properties meet health \& safety standards
- Complete reports and update internal systems accurately (training provided)
- Attend the office two days per week to complete administrative duties and support documentation
- Complete general office tasks including emails, file management, updating spreadsheets, and resident records
Work Location: On the road and office\-based
Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent
Pay: £12\.71 per hour
