Support Worker

Support Worker\- full or part\-time

£13\.45 per hour

Working primarily Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 , with a small amount of weekend work

New Directions is a small and proudly independent Social Care charity. We support people who have additional support needs to get the very best out of life. We are consistently graded 5 by the Care Inspectorate for the quality of care and support and pride ourselves on being inclusive and person centred. We are based in Livingston Village but work across West Lothian

*Benefits* – Full training (including funded SVQ qualifications) is provided alongside regular support and supervision from your Service Manager. We also offer generous annual and sick leave and a company pension.

*About the role\-* You could be helping someone to pursue a hobby, attend college, look after their home, learn to cook or go on holiday.

You will also be working alongside other professionals to ensure that people’s wellbeing is maintained and taking part in review meetings.
