Location: Ebbw Vale , NP23 6JF
Shifts: Full time mix of days and nights \- 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis) 9am\-9pm/ 9pm\-9am
Pay Rate: £13\.45 per hour

About the Service
Alexandra House is a 6\-bed supported living service but you will just be supporting one gentleman who has autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviours. The service provides a safe, structured and person\-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of things such as evening club, dancing and social outings.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviours to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
