Our service supports 8 people in self\-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you’ll do:
You will provide outcome\-focused, person\-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:

· Supporting with medication management

· Teaching and encouraging life skills

· Assisting with daily living tasks

· Facilitating community access and engagement

· Providing emotional support

· Helping manage tenancies

· Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for reliable bank staff who are flexible and able to work across day and night shifts on a 7\-day rota, often at short notice to cover sickness and service needs. Full induction is provided.

Additional Information:

· All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

· We do not offer sponsorship

Pay: £13\.45 per hour
