Working with a client group how have Mental Health/Drug Abuse/Alcoholism/ learning difficulties, client whom have lead a chaotic lifestyle.

This is office based.

Position will includes: promoting a settled way of life for the service users which is proactive, responsive and flexible. This will include working collaboratively with relevant agencies to deliver the best quality of service for the client tailored to the individual’s needs.

Work towards service users’ goals through professional befriending, advice and support.

a non\-judgemental manner without making assumptions about the service user, filling in for posts across various teams as and when needed.
