Support Worker – Ashgrove Supported Living

Location: Reigate, Surrey
New 7\-Bed Supported Living Service
Full\-time / Part\-time

We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team at Ashgrove, a new 7\-bed supported living service in Reigate.

Ashgrove supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex conditions, helping them live as independently as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with daily living and independence


• Providing person\-centred practical and emotional support


• Supporting people to access the community and participate in activities


• Providing personal care where required


• Supporting with medication in line with training


• Following individual support plans and risk assessments


• Maintaining accurate daily records


• Promoting choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing


• Working effectively with colleagues, families and professionals

What we're looking for:

• Willingness to undertake relevant training

Previous experience in health or social care is desirable, although applicants with the right values and attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Successful applicants will be subject to appropriate DBS, reference and right\-to\-work checks.
