As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with a range of conditions to live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll support people to achieve personal goals, access activities they enjoy, and ensure they feel safe, respected, and heard every day.
Pay \& Benefits
- Competitive pay: £13\.00 – £13\.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Time and a half pay on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to build independence and confidence
- Encourage and enable access to social and community activities
- Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
- Provide emotional support and reassurance
- Work positively with individuals who may present behaviours of concern (challenging behaviour)
- Follow person\-centred support plans and contribute to their development
We are seeking individuals who:

- Full UK driving licence (no vehicle required)
- Experience of Positive Behaviour Support, Experience with Learning Disabilities, Experience with Mental Health. (desirable)
- Clear DBS check
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- Willingness to complete 1 sleep\-in shift per week
- Availability for one standby day per week (£20 payment)
- Early shift availability (arriving 15 minutes before start time)
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable, not essential)
