Join Langley and make a real difference every day. We have an exciting opportunity for 2 organised, creative and client\-focused Support Workers to join our busy and friendly team in Cheltenham . We are recruiting for 1 full\-time permanent positions and 1 full\-time 18\-month fixed\-term contract roles , working 37\.5 hours per week across 3 x 12\.5\-hour shifts . Successful candidates will receive a salary of £25,592 per annum .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Langley Client File to review progress and promote independence.

  • Contribute to a safe, well\-run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.

  • Provide personal care as identified in care plans (including supporting with hygiene, dressing, continence care, mobility/moving and handling, and supporting access to health and social care professionals) and keep health\-related records and care plans up to date.

  • Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour by using; planning, de\-escalation, and knowledge of our clients. Maintain service security and situational/physical safety measures, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
