Support Worker

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team. Aspects Care Ltd support service users with complex Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour and Mental Health.

We are looking to recruit full time, fully flexible Support Workers to assist with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community. You will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to service users through the day when required. Our service users will require assistance with their personal care. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines.

Staff will need to work full time/part time, be fully flexible, able to work weekends and willing to cover AL and sickness.

Successful applicants are required to provide satisfactory references and complete an enhanced DBS disclosure or provide details for us to complete an update service check against an enhanced DBS certificate (this must be an enhanced application and checked against the Adults Barred list).

Experience with Autism and Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
