Assignments may vary depending on school requirements; however, we are committed to respecting your travel preferences and working within your specified limitations.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within class and small group settings.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
- Support pupils who may display behaviours that challenge with patience, consistency, and understanding.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.
- Make a meaningful impact on each child’s educational journey.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with SEN.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
