• Has a genuine passion for working with children.


• Is reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable.


• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.


• Has a patient and supportive approach.


• Is confident working independently as well as part of a team.


• Is happy to work across different primary schools in the Welwyn Garden City area.


• Has previous school experience or is keen to start a career in education.
