Responsibilities \& Qualifications:
What awaits you:* You develop the production plan required to meet the service level of our customers.
- You contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
- Your core responsibilities are:
+ Optimize delivery of the service level at the lowest possible costs
+ Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to improve forecast planning, understanding customer/market needs as well as contribute to process improvement and optimization projects
+ Orchestrate metal flow throughout supply chain network incorporating operational targets (i.e. capacity, inventory and cost)
+ Develop and operate tools to process scenario models and determining supply chain results
How you convince us:* You have a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
- You bring initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management
- You have strong ability to understand complex problems with advanced analytical skills.
- You are a collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
- You are open minded, and solution orientated.
- Fluent communication skills in English; German and/or French would be a plus
- You have proven knowledge in SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and capability to integrate different ERP systems, familiarity with digitalization projects.
- Experience with new digitization, robotic automation (RPA), visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau) and coding (e.g. Python/C\+\+) is a plus
