Supply Chain Executive Job Overview

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our team and to take ownership of purchasing, inventory and supply chain management.

This role is pivotal to the business and you will be working closely with our warehouse, sales and finance teams to ensure product availability, control costs and improve our supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

· Purchasing of products in a timely, cost\-efficient and responsible manner

· Negotiate prices, delivery dates and supplier arrangements while maintaining strong quality and service standards

· Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while supporting efficient stock control and minimising unnecessary waste

· Support supplier approval and performance monitoring activities to ensure suppliers meet d.a.pak's quality, ethical and service expectations

· Co\-ordinate the import process to ensure correct documentation and compliance

· Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align supply with demand and support strong customer service, cost control and efficient supply chain performance

· Manage the booking in and clearance of inbound deliveries

· Providing cover for the warehouse Administrator

· Dealing with TSS/HMRC

Essential Skills \& Experience

· Background in distribution environments

· Proven experience of end to end supply chain and procurement

· Experience of stock management

· Competent using computer systems

Desirable

· Supply chain or procurement qualification

· Strong Excel capability

· Experience of Imports and Exports

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
