We have two exciting opportunities join Marshall Land Systems as a Supply Chain Co\-ordinator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. Working at the heart of the supply chain team, you’ll make sure the information in our MRP system is accurate, up to date and giving our teams the right signals to make informed decisions.

You’ll take ownership of key supply chain data, working closely with procurement, planning and other teams to ensure materials are available when they’re needed. From maintaining system data and monitoring material requirements, to investigating discrepancies and helping resolve issues, you’ll have a direct impact on how efficiently we operate.

You’ll gain exposure to the wider supply chain and see first\-hand how good data and effective coordination help us manage materials, reduce risk and keep our operations moving.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Maintain supply chain data: Keep material and supplier information in our ERP system accurate, complete and up to date, making sure the right information is available when the business needs it


• Check data quality: Carry out regular checks to spot missing, incorrect or out\-of\-date information, working with colleagues to get issues resolved quickly


• Work with suppliers: Contact suppliers to request information, confirm details and follow up on outstanding actions. You’ll also help resolve straightforward supplier queries and issues


• Work across the business: Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics to make sure information is accurate and flows smoothly through our systems and supports effective material planning


• Help identify supply chain risks: Use your understanding of the data to highlight potential issues, such as missing information or incorrect material requirements, before they cause problems further down the supply chain


• Solve problems and improve processes: Investigate data issues, make corrections and look for simple ways to improve the quality of our information and how we work


• Support the wider team: Get involved in ad\-hoc supply chain projects and day\-to\-day activities, providing support wherever it is needed

Apply if you have most of the following

• ERP / System Experience: Experience using an ERP or business system to maintain, update and manage information. Experience with MRP systems would be an advantage


• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working with data, with the ability to spot errors, missing information and inconsistencies


• Supply Chain Experience: Some experience or understanding of procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or engineering environments would be beneficial, but is not essential


• Supplier \& Stakeholder Communication: Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders to request information, follow up on actions and resolve straightforward issues


• Problem Solving: A practical and proactive approach to investigating issues, identifying the cause and helping to find a solution


• Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and follow through on actions to completion

Technical Skills / Education

• Microsoft Excel: Comfortable using Excel to manage, check and analyse data. Experience with functions such as filtering, sorting and basic formulas would be beneficial


• Numerical \& Analytical Skills: Good numerical skills and the ability to identify trends, discrepancies and potential issues within data


• Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable. A relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related subject would be advantageous but is not essential
