Our Supply Chain \& Logistics Graduate role offers a structured development journey, giving you the opportunity to build expertise across multiple areas of the supply chain while gaining insight into the full end\-to\-end operation. From forecasting and planning to logistics execution, you'll work on real business challenges, develop valuable skills and complete a CILT\-endorsed programme to support your professional development.

You’ll spend a total of 24 months rotating across 4 placements. Starting with a 12\-month placement in Asda Logistics Services, working within central Logistics on two 6\-month rotations where you'll gain hands\-on experience working closely with operational and non\-operational Logistics teams. You will then complete 12 months in a supply role,working closely with Buying, Modular Planning, and Replenishment on two 6\-month rotations, to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and innovation.

Alongside your rotations, you'll spend time working in our stores to understand the end\-to\-end customer journey and see first\-hand how Supply Chain and Logistics decisions impact both store operations and the experience of millions of customers every day.

Examples of things you could be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and demand planning to ensure accurate stock levels across categories

  • Supporting new store openings and seasonal events with tailored supply strategies

  • Driving cost\-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain

  • Project, programme and PMO support ensuring tracking of projects is clear, all risks documented, milestone plans agreed and monitored. Full visibility of the portfolio to circulate to senior leadership teams across Asda

  • Conduct analysis of warehouse capacity data and use findings to lead discussions and support strategic decisions in meetings and project work

  • Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver business\-critical projects

  • Build and maintain strong cross\-functional relationships to drive collaboration and deliver on key deadlines

You might be a recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or you may have an interest or experience in a retail, logistics, or planning environment. Either way, you’re excited by the challenge of working in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be:

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights to support decisions

  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across teams
