£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Supplier Management Assistant to join a growing and highly successful financial services organisation based in Bracknell.
Operating within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities and working with stakeholders across all levels of a business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supplier governance, compliance and due diligence processes are effectively managed and maintained across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the supplier management policy and support its implementation across the business
- Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Conduct supplier due diligence checks including KYC, FCA authorisations, confidentiality reviews and Modern Slavery compliance
- Maintain and update supplier records and management logs
- Monitor and manage supplier contract review and renewal schedules
- Support policy and process reviews and recommend improvements where appropriate
- Ensure all suppliers are accurately recorded and monitored across all business functions
- Produce monthly management information (MI) reports
- Deliver guidance, training and awareness across the business regarding supplier management processes
- Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within a supplier management, supplier governance, compliance or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking or a regulated environment
- Knowledge or experience of ISO27001
- Understanding of supplier risk management and governance frameworks
