Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant \& Bar Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day to day running of the venue, lead the front of house team, and help deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Key Resposibilities

• Supervising daily restaurant and bar operations


• Leading and motivating front of house staff during shifts


• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained


• Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally


• Supporting staff training and development


• Assisting with opening and closing procedures


• Managing bookings, walk ins, and table service flow


• Monitoring cleanliness, presentation, and health \& safety standards


• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company procedures

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.00 per hour

Experience:

• Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
