About Nouvelle Clinic: Nouvelle Clinic is a luxury aesthetics, skin and wellness clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding patient care.

Founded in Buckinghamshire, we have built a loyal client base through our personalised and results\-driven approach. We are now excited to bring the Nouvelle Clinic experience to the North West with the opening of our new clinic in Lytham St Annes.

Our Ideal Candidate(s): We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be confident, welcoming and committed to creating a positive experience for every visitor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a reception, clinic, hospitality or customer\-facing role is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience


• Managing appointments, enquiries and clinic communications


• Processing payments and maintaining client records


• Ensuring the clinic remains clean, organised and presentable


• Managing and creating content for the clinic’s social media platforms


• Assisting with marketing activities and promoting the Nouvelle Clinic brand


• Supporting the day\-to\-day running of the clinic

Experience:

• A Friendly, welcoming and professional personality


• Excellent communication and customer service skills in person and over the phone


• Organised with strong attention to detail


• Confident using social media platforms, spreadsheets, booking systems (training and guidance will be provided where needed to support)


• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn


• Previous reception, hospitality or customer\-facing experience is desirable but not essential
