We are looking for a confident, personable and customer\-focused Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing private dental practice.
This is much more than a traditional reception role. You will play a key part in ensuring every patient receives a warm welcome, feels valued throughout their journey, and leaves with a positive experience that reflects our commitment to five\-star service.For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to develop into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role in the future.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
- Managing appointment diaries efficiently and proactively.
- Handling incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries.
- Supporting new patients through the booking process.
- Ensuring patient records and pre\-appointment paperwork are completed accurately.
- Providing information and reassurance to patients before and after appointments.
- Processing payments and managing follow\-up communications.
- Requesting patient feedback, reviews and testimonials.
- Working closely with dentists, nurses and the wider team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Supporting the smooth day\-to\-day running of the practice.
- Contributing ideas and feedback to help continually improve our service.

Essential Skills \& Qualities
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or a patient\-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A naturally warm, confident and professional manner.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how exceptional customer service contributes to a successful business.
- A customer\-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital systems and embracing new technologies, including AI\-powered software and automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, proactive and solutions\-focused.
