Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join the team at the Seven Stars in Ledbury, an historic inn in the heart of the town.

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become a part of our team as a Front of House Supervisor. In this role you will take on the responsibility of leading and overseeing our front\-of\-house team operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, the natural ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team and have a high attention to detail.

Musts for the role of a Supervisor include:

· Being able to provide excellent customer service resulting in repeat business and recommendations

· Seamlessly substituting the Front of House Manager in their absence

· Skillful leadership and encouragement of less experienced members of the team

· Regularly providing ideas and recommendations for staff development and future events

· Flexibility to deliver excellent service within any Spirit Hospitality Venue

Experience in restaurant service an advantage.

Rate of Pay:

from £11\.35\-£13\.25 per hour depending on age
