What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the front\-of\-house team during shifts with confidence \& good vibes
- Keeping service smooth, guests happy, and standards high
- Training new team members and being the go\-to support for the team
- Jumping in wherever needed — host, runner, problem\-solver, morale\-booster
- Keeping an eye on service flow, cleanliness, and general awesomeness
- Handling customer feedback like a pro (calm, respectful, and solution\-focused)
- Experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisor role
- Great communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- A natural motivator — your team wants to work *with* you
- Street food / fast\-casual restaurant experience? Big bonus
- Organized, reliable, and confident making decisions on the fly
