Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team management. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve performance targets and uphold company standards
- Manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies
- Oversee marketing strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities
- Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor attendance and punctuality
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to support their professional development
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff
- Organise stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure proper stock rotation
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and compliance documentation
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and organisational growth
- Proven management or supervisory experience within hospitality environments
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Well\-developed time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members alike
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Organised approach to problem\-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
Pay: £12\.21\-£25\.91 per hour
