Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team management. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and clientele. The Supervisor will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, driving sales, and ensuring organisational objectives are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve performance targets and uphold company standards

  • Manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies

  • Oversee marketing strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities

  • Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor attendance and punctuality

  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to support their professional development

  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff

  • Organise stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure proper stock rotation

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement

  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and compliance documentation

  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and organisational growth
Requirements
  • Proven management or supervisory experience within hospitality environments

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

  • Effective communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are advantageous

  • Well\-developed time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes

  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members alike

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Organised approach to problem\-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
