Lead Summer Sports Coach
To deliver and lead fun engaging Sports programmes in Summer Holiday Camp programmes (schools and education settings)
As a member of staff you are responsible to adhere to all company policies and procedures which will be given and ran through before hand.
Our sessions are based around MultiSports \& Team building games \- crafts optional for children.
9am\-2:30pm working hours per day.
Part time hours will be available during term time as an option if employer and employee agree to it (flexible around college/university hours)
Requirements (preferred)
\-Passion for Sports and lived experience
\- Proven experience as a sports coach or athlete in the specific sport
\- Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to motivate and inspire children
\- Patience and understanding when working with individuals or teams of different skill levels
\- Organisational skills to plan practices, competitions, and travel arrangements if necessary
\- First Aid certification \- (We can assist with this)
\- Safeguarding Certification \- (We can assist with this)
\- DBS on the update service \- (We can assist with this)
\- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Activity Leadership OR WORKING TOWARDS
Job Type Contract
Pay: £16\.50\-£18\.00 per hour
