We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our Subway to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store is well\-organised and efficiently run.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.


• Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.


• Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's values and enhances the customer experience.


• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.


• Manage time effectively to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced retail environment.


• Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.

• Must know all the systems
