As the Studio Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for your studio, ensuring that patients receive best-in-class care while your team feels supported, engaged, and inspired. You’ll oversee 10-20+ staff members, balancing operational excellence, financial performance, and culture-building in equal measure.

What You’ll Do

<li data-start="804" data-end="931">Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the studio operates efficiently across staffing, scheduling, inventory, and patient flow.</li>
<li data-start="932" data-end="1099">Champion Patient Experience: Collaborate with providers and staff to achieve or exceed NPS and revenue goals while addressing patient concerns with compassion.</li>
<li data-start="1100" data-end="1215">Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, coach your team in real time, and make adjustments to meet studio targets.</li>
<li data-start="1216" data-end="1356">Develop Your Team: Lead onboarding, training, and regular check-ins that build alignment, accountability, and growth for your staff.</li>
<li data-start="1357" data-end="1489">Promote Culture: Actively model Tend’s values and foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration in the studio.</li>
<li data-start="1490" data-end="1635">Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with People, Clinical, and Operations teams to hire, retain, and support a high-performing studio staff.</li>

What You Have

<li data-start="3306" data-end="3401">5+ years’ experience leading teams of 10+ staff in a healthcare or hospitality environment.</li>
<li data-start="3402" data-end="3490">Experience partnering with clinical providers to deliver care and drive performance.</li>
<li data-start="3491" data-end="3554">5+ years’ experience in management or operations preferred.</li>
<li data-start="3555" data-end="3622">Proven success managing KPIs, budgets, and operational targets.</li>
<li data-start="3623" data-end="3728">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate teams.</li>
<li data-start="3729" data-end="3824">A passion for creating a positive culture and delivering an outstanding patient experience.</li>
<li data-start="3825" data-end="3915">Agility and problem-solving skills to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.</li>

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform the essential job duties listed, with or without reasonable accommodation:

<li>Ability to sit, stand, and move around the studio for extended periods while supporting front desk operations and studio needs.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and proficiency with office technology, including computer systems, phones, and point-of-sale tools.</li>
<li>Adequate vision (with or without correction) to review schedules, financial presentations, reports, and other documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the studio to assist with daily operations such as tidying, organizing, and preparing the space.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting or movement of supplies, packages, and equipment up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners both in person and through technology.</li>
</ul>
