Overview

F45 Tooting is one of the top\-performing F45 studios in the UK and Europe, and we’re looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to help take it to its next level.

This is a hands\-on, sales\-led leadership role combining coaching, sales, team leadership, operations and business growth.

We’re looking for someone who can deliver an incredible F45 class, confidently convert a prospective member, lead a high\-performing team and constantly look for opportunities to make the business even better.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth and retention


• Own the sales journey from new lead through to long\-term member


• Coach high\-energy, high\-quality F45 classes


• Lead, motivate and develop the studio team


• Track sales KPIs, conversions and studio performance


• Deliver an exceptional member and onboarding experience


• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling and standards


• Build local partnerships, events, referrals and community initiatives


• Continually identify opportunities to grow and improve the business

Who We’re Looking For

You might already be an F45 Studio Manager, Head Trainer, senior coach or salesperson ready for your next step.

You’ll be:

• Commercially driven and motivated by targets


• A natural salesperson who enjoys speaking to people and closing


• An energetic coach who can command a room


• A strong leader who creates accountability


• Entrepreneurial, proactive and full of ideas


• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities


• Passionate about people, fitness and creating an incredible studio culture

F45 experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional candidates from other high\-performing boutique fitness environments will be considered.

Working Pattern

This is an on\-site leadership role with a varied schedule across early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential.

Pay: £40,000\.00 per year
