Studio Manager F45 Old Street

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven Studio Manager to lead F45 Old Street and help take the studio into its next stage of growth.

This is a hands\-on, sales\-led leadership role combining coaching, sales, team management, operations and business development. We’re looking for someone who can deliver an incredible F45 class, confidently convert prospective members, lead and motivate a team and constantly look for opportunities to grow the business.

You’ll be highly visible in the studio, taking real ownership of its performance, culture and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth and retention


• Manage the full sales journey from incoming lead to long\-term member


• Build relationships with prospects and confidently convert trials into memberships


• Deliver high\-energy, high\-quality F45 coaching


• Lead, motivate and develop the studio team


• Track sales KPIs, conversions and studio performance


• Deliver an exceptional onboarding and member experience


• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling and standards


• Build local partnerships, events, referrals and community initiatives


• Continually identify opportunities to grow and improve the business

Skills

• Strong sales ability with a genuine enjoyment of speaking to people and closing


• Experience in fitness coaching, ideally within F45 or boutique fitness


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team


• Commercially driven and motivated by targets and growth


• Entrepreneurial and proactive, with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them


• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities


• High energy, confidence and exceptional people skills


• A strong sense of ownership and accountability

F45 experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional candidates from other high\-performing boutique fitness environments will be considered.

Pay: £40,000\.00 per year
