Places \+ Faces is looking for a motivated and creative Studio Assistant \+ Graphic Design Intern to join our team for a 12\-week internship, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

This is a hands\-on role combining day\-to\-day studio operations with graphic design and creative support. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, works hard, takes initiative and can confidently manage tasks independently.

You’ll support the wider team with the everyday needs of the studio while also working alongside our graphic designer as we continue to expand our creative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with the day\-to\-day running of the studio


• Packing and preparing customer orders


• Organising and maintaining the studio and stock areas


• Completing stock checks, inventory counts and general stock management


• Assisting with upcoming projects, launches, shoots and events


• Supporting the team with general studio tasks as required


• Assisting our graphic designer with creative projects


• Creating and preparing graphics for digital, social, marketing and event use


• Supporting the development of visual concepts and brand assets

We’re looking for someone who is hard\-working, reliable, organised and self\-reliant, with the confidence to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

You should also have a background or strong interest in graphic design, with a good understanding of visual design and an eye for detail. Experience with programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign is preferred.

You’ll need to be comfortable switching between creative work and practical studio tasks — one day you may be assiting with a design project, and the next helping prepare orders or getting the studio ready for an event.

Duration: 12 weeks, 1 to 3 days a week: 10:00a \- 6:00p
Start: Immediately

Progression: Opportunity to grow into a permanent position following the internship
