About the role

Are you passionate about student recruitment and widening participation? As a Student Recruitment \& Outreach Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future undergraduate cohorts at Imperial Business School. You will lead recruitment strategies, manage outreach initiatives, and build relationships that attract high\-calibre and diverse students.
What you would be doing
---------------------------
You will:
- Lead the development and delivery of undergraduate recruitment strategy in line with the UCAS cycle
- Plan and deliver recruitment activity, including open days, school visits, webinars and offer\-holder events
- Manage enquiries from prospective students, parents and advisers, providing expert guidance
- Design and implement outreach campaigns to build and convert the applicant pipeline using CRM and marketing tools
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges and external organisations to widen participation
- Analyse recruitment data and produce reports to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across teams including marketing, admissions, outreach and academic departments

You will bring:
- Experience in student recruitment, outreach or a related role
- Strong understanding of the Higher Education sector and UCAS cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage projects, events and competing priorities
- Strong relationship\-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
- A data\-driven mindset, with ability to analyse insights and improve performance
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong organisational skills

This is a full time, fixed term position for 12 months based at South Kensington campus (hybrid).
