On your day-to-day, your responsibilities will be: 
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplace</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectives</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones.</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Engage with external stakeholders to explore opportunities for business expansion</li>
</ul>
<h4 class="p-rich_text_section" style="line-height: 1.2;">Who You Are:</h4>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) bachelor's degree</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">+5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role. +1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc)</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Full professional proficiency in Spanish required</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decisions</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Well-structured and assertive at communicating with upper and lower stakeholders</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Able to overview processes, identify errors, propose and implement improvements</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms. </li>
</ul>
