<p>Estamos buscando <strong>Data Delivery Manager</strong>.</p>
<p>Un perfil <strong>senior</strong> con amplia experiencia en <strong>proyectos de datos complejos</strong>, que se responsabilice del <strong>delivery end-to-end</strong> de los proyectos más estratégicas del área de Data &amp; AI. Serás la figura clave para asegurar que los proyectos se entregan <strong>en tiempo, con calidad técnica y con impacto real en negocio</strong>.</p>
<p>En VML The Cocktail somos realmente exigentes con cumplir con los 3 pilares, tenemos un equipo altamente cualificado en la gestión, la excelencia técnica y el profundo conocimiento de cada vertical de negocio.</p>
<p>Trabajarás a la par de<strong> arquitectos y leads técnicos</strong>, coordinando equipos de Data Engineering, Analytics y AI, y actuando como punto de conexión entre tecnología y stakeholders de negocio.</p>
<p>Tendrás criterio para <strong>entender, cuestionar y priorizar decisiones técnicas</strong>, sin ser un rol puramente hands-on.</p>
<p><strong>Lo que harás:</strong></p>

<li>Liderar el delivery de proyectos de <strong>plataformas de datos, BI avanzado y ML/AI (GenAI/Agentic)</strong>.</li>
<li>Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes de ejecución claros y realistas.</li>
<li>Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y trade-offs técnicos.</li>
<li>Asegurar buenas prácticas de delivery, planificación y seguimiento.</li>
<li>Aportar visión estratégica al roadmap de datos del departamento.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qué buscamos:</strong></p>

<li>+7 años de experiencia en entornos de <strong>datos</strong>, con foco en delivery o liderazgo técnico.</li>
<li>Conocimiento sólido de <strong>arquitecturas modernas de datos en cloud</strong>.</li>
<li>Experiencia gestionando stakeholders senior.</li>
<li>Mentalidad estratégica, pragmática y orientada a resultados.</li>
