We’re partnering with an iconic global sports and lifestyle brand looking for a Strategic Transformation Manager to help drive what happens next.

You’ll work alongside senior leadership, turning ambitious business priorities into action — creating momentum, challenging delays and making sure the big projects actually land.

YOUR MISSION

  • Turn strategy into action

  • Drive high-impact cross-functional projects

  • Keep teams focused, aligned and accountable

  • Spot risks, blockers and dependencies early

  • Build clear roadmaps, milestones and KPIs

  • Cut through complexity and keep things moving

  • Give leadership a sharp view of progress and priorities

You’ll work across Retail, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT, helping deliver transformation across the European business.

YOU

You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience across PMO, transformation, programme management, strategy execution or consulting, ideally within sportswear, apparel or wholesale apparel & footwear

You’re commercial. Analytical. Organised. Confident with senior stakeholders.

Most importantly, you make things happen.

Experience in retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is essential.
