Centre Manager

Our client is looking for an ambitious, people-focused Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a premium serviced office centre in Central London.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you will take ownership of the team, client experience, centre standards and commercial performance, while playing an important role in the continued growth and success of the centre.

The Role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the centre team.


• Taking ownership of the centre, its standards and reputation.


• Delivering an exceptional client experience.


• Supporting occupancy, events and overall centre performance.


• Managing budgets and monitoring financial performance.


• Building a positive, professional and welcoming community.


• Identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions.


• Maintaining consistently high standards across the centre.


• Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Ensuring the centre operates smoothly and professionally each day.

About You

We are ideally looking for someone with 3–5 years’ management experience within hospitality, serviced offices, hotels, property, retail, leisure or another customer-focused environment.

Most importantly, you will be:
