Strategic Business Initiatives Manager – CEO Office

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives across the organization, from planning and execution through to successful completion. The role involves close collaboration with different business areas, as well as external partners, consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:

Identify, assess, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
Collaborate closely with department heads and the C\-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
Produce data\-driven insights to support strategy formulation;
Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources;
Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Leadership and the ability to work cross\-functionally and autonomously.
