The Role

We are looking for an energetic, fashion\-forward individual who can seamlessly bridge our physical boutique and online storefront. This dynamic, hybrid role is perfect for a proactive worker who loves luxury retail, understands digital storytelling, and takes pride in operational excellence.

You will be on our showroom floor, social media, and behind our e\-commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Store operations assistance.

• Welcome boutique guests to our Buckhurst Hill store and deliver an exceptional, premium customer service experience.


• Build lasting relationships with local and visiting clients through personalised styling and proactive follow\-ups (clienteling).


• Maintain deep product knowledge of our high\-end designer collections to confidently guide purchase decisions.


• Covers general upkeep, stocking, inventory, and running errands.

• Capture the aesthetic of our luxury store.


• Create, curate, and post daily content (Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks) showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and store updates.


• Interact with our online community by promptly and professionally responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries.

• Oversee incoming online orders through our web platform, ensuring precision and quick processing.


• Handle end\-to\-end delivery logistics, including meticulous quality checks, wrapping items to luxury standards, and coordinating secure courier/shipping dispatches.

• Passionate \& Energetic: You love high\-end fashion, keep up with current designer trends, and bring positive energy to the workspace every day.


• A Natural Communicator: You are articulate, polished, and comfortable engaging with high\-net\-worth clients both in person and via digital channels.


• Tech\-Savvy: You know the ins and outs of Instagram, TikTok, and basic smartphone video editing. Experience with e\-commerce platforms is a major plus.


• Detail\-Oriented \& Organised: You understand that luxury extends to the packaging. You are highly organised and can manage logistics and order fulfilment without cutting corners.


• Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment where you might be styling a client one hour, filming a Reel the next, and packing a high\-value shipment after that.
