The Role

We are looking for an energetic, fashion\-forward individual who can seamlessly bridge our physical boutique showroom, our online storefront, and our digital platforms. This dynamic, hybrid role is perfect for a proactive worker who loves luxury retail, enjoys driving sales on the floor, understands digital storytelling, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales \& Boutique Upkeep: Welcome guests to our Buckhurst Hill store, deliver an exceptional, premium customer service experience, and proactively drive showroom sales. Maintain immaculate showroom standards cleanness and organizing stockrooms, replenishing the floor \& store presentation, and ensuring garments are beautifully presented.


• Social Media \& Content Creation: Capture the premium aesthetic of our luxury store. Create, curate, and post engaging daily content (Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks) showcasing new arrivals and store updates, while promptly interacting with our online community via messages and comments.


• Stock Inventory \& Incoming Deliveries: Oversee incoming stock deliveries, unpack shipments with care, verify items against delivery notes, and ensure all luxury stock is correctly tagged, priced, and logged into our inventory system.


• E\-Commerce \& Online Orders: Oversee incoming online orders through our web platform, ensuring precision and quick processing.


• Delivery Logistics: Handle end\-to\-end delivery logistics, including meticulous quality checks, wrapping items to luxury standards, and coordinating secure courier/shipping dispatches.

• Sales\-Driven \& Energetic: You love high\-end fashion, keep up with current designer trends, and possess the natural confidence to sell luxury apparel and connect with customers.


• Detail\-Oriented \& Organised: You enjoy structure, order, and keeping spaces tidy. You understand that luxury extends to the packaging and inventory accuracy, and you manage logistics without cutting corners.


• A Natural Communicator: You are articulate, polished, and comfortable engaging with boutique guests both in person and via digital channels.


• Tech \& Social Media Savvy: You know the ins and outs of Instagram, TikTok, and basic smartphone video editing. Experience with e\-commerce platforms is a major plus.


• Highly Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment where you might be assisting a customer one hour, filming a Reel the next, and packing a high\-value shipment after that.

• Competitive base salary plus performance\-based incentives and sales commission.
