At wed2b, our Store Managers combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine focus on people\-both customers and team members. This is a hands\-on role where you'll drive sales performance, develop your team, and ensure every bride receives a personalised and supportive experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs


• Take ownership of overall store performance, using data and insight to drive results


• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience in a fast\-paced retail environment


• Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a strong internal talent pipeline


• Lead from the front through visible, hands\-on management on the shop floor


• Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and support

• Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role (luxury or customer\-focused environment preferred)


• A strong track record of delivering sales results and managing KPIs


• Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others


• Highly organised, adaptable, and solution\-focused


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A customer\-first mindset with the ability to balance commercial focus and empathy


• Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays


• Fluent in English and Dutch
