Dublin 12 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 WFH)
Accessible location near Red Cow (ideal for commuter belt)
€55,000 \+ 10% Bonus
We’re currently looking for a delivery focused IT professional who wants to build their career in systems delivery, projects, and change initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–5 years’ experience who has already gained exposure to project environments and is ready to take the next step into a more ownership driven role.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the end\-to\-end delivery of systems and IT projects
- Gathering and documenting requirements with business stakeholders
- Working closely with development teams and third\-party vendors
- Coordinating project activities across planning, testing, and release phases
- Supporting UAT and ensuring smooth system implementations
- Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What we’re looking for:* IT Business Analyst involved in active projects
- Junior / Associate Project Manager (tech\-focused)
- Systems or Change Analyst working on delivery initiatives
- Project Coordinator with exposure to structured delivery
- Hands on experience across the project lifecycle (requirements delivery testing release)
- Exposure to systems that are evolving or being enhanced over time
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A clear interest in progressing further into delivery or project roles
- Service desk or incident management
- Highly ticket\-driven environments
- Ad hoc or minor change support without structured project exposure
- PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification
- Experience with modern CRM Systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, others)
- Experience with scripting, automation, data workflows, and minor feature enhancements
- Practical experience using AI tools for automation, analysis, or workflow improvement
