ORICHA is an independent premium bubble tea brand expanding across the UK. We are opening our new Bristol store and are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team.

We are recruiting for:

• Store Manager – Full\-Time


• Team Member – Full\-Time


• Team Member – Part\-Time

Store Manager

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day\-to\-day operation of the store and lead the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily store operations


• Leading, training and supporting team members


• Staff scheduling and shift management


• Maintaining product, service and hygiene standards


• Stock management and inventory control


• Monitoring store performance and operational costs


• Handling customer feedback


• Supporting recruitment and staff development

Preferred:

• Previous management or supervisory experience


• F\&B, hospitality, café or bubble tea experience


• New store opening experience would be an advantage

Full\-Time / Part\-Time Team Members

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing bubble tea and ingredients according to ORICHA standards


• Taking orders and providing excellent customer service


• Preparing tea, toppings and other ingredients


• Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene


• Following food safety and allergen procedures


• Replenishing stock


• Opening and/or closing duties


• Supporting the team during busy periods

Previous F\&B, hospitality, café or bubble tea experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
