The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that our team delivers an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining store standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.


• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Manage stock levels, including ordering and stock management to optimise product availability.


• Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed.


• Implement promotional strategies to increase footfall and enhance sales performance.


• Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff skills in selling techniques and customer engagement.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.


• Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean and organised shopping environment.


• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette.


• Strong administrative skills, including experience with inventory management systems.


• Ability to sell effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
