The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational performance, and a highly motivated team.

You will lead from the front, maintain high standards, and create a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant.


• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.


• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.


• Oversee opening and closing procedures.


• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.


• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, health \& safety, and company procedures.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.


• Lead and motivate the team during busy service periods.


• Create and manage staff schedules.


• Conduct performance reviews and regular coaching sessions.


• Foster a positive, high\-performance team culture.

• Manage labour costs in line with company targets.


• Control food costs, stock levels, and wastage.


• Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.


• Drive profitability through strong operational management.


• Complete stock counts and inventory controls accurately.

• Ensure all food safety and health \& safety documentation is completed correctly.


• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.


• Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

RequirementsEssential

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or quick\-service restaurants.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.


• Ability to perform in a fast\-paced environment.


• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of labour and cost control.


• Fluent English.

Desirable

• Experience managing high\-volume food service operations.


• HACCP or Food Safety certification.


• Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling software.


• Experience opening new hospitality venues.
