The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational performance, and a highly motivated team.
You will lead from the front, maintain high standards, and create a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Manage the daily operation of the restaurant.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, health \& safety, and company procedures.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Lead and motivate the team during busy service periods.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct performance reviews and regular coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive, high\-performance team culture.
- Manage labour costs in line with company targets.
- Control food costs, stock levels, and wastage.
- Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.
- Drive profitability through strong operational management.
- Complete stock counts and inventory controls accurately.
- Ensure all food safety and health \& safety documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or quick\-service restaurants.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to perform in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of labour and cost control.
- Fluent English.
Desirable
- Experience managing high\-volume food service operations.
- HACCP or Food Safety certification.
- Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling software.
- Experience opening new hospitality venues.
