Store Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Retail Store Manager/Team Leader in our Homesavers Mullingar \& Portlaoise store.

You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing the daily operations of the store. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure a high\-performing team and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Store in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.


• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.


• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a high standard of presentation.


• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.


• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.


• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.


• Monitor and control store expenses, minimizing shrinkage and ensuring accurate cash handling.

• 1\-4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in retail.


• Proven leadership and people management skills.


• Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.


• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build customer relationships.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.


• Proficiency in using point\-of\-sale (POS) systems and other retail software is preferred.
