Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve operational excellence.

Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.


• Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.


• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store

• Proven experience in managing teams within retail environment.


• Strong knowledge of merchandising


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers alike.
