STORE MANAGER \- DOGHOUSE \- CLIFTON VILLAGE, BRISTOL
Doghouse is an engaging destination pet shop based in Clifton Village, Bristol and we’re looking for a full time Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in retail to join our growing team. We have a grooming salon, pet shop and café counter in\-store where customers can come together over a great cup of coffee and browse our range of quality pet goods. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, so friendliness and great communication is a must when working with us.
Full time: 5 days per week which will include some weekend work, but not necessarily every weekend.

- Previous retail experience in the pet sector or a busy retail environment.
- An ability to work independently and to lead a small team
- An eye for detail and an ability to think on your feet
- An enthusiasm for dogs, coffee, design \& independent stores

Delivering commercial excellence and high standards of leadership, management and outstanding customer service. As Manager you will be responsible for leading the team and directing staff duties on the shop floor.
- Making coffee and serving in our small café.
- Keeping detailed records of stock \& customer orders
- Maintaining a high level of store presentation
- Developing product knowledge
- Accepting deliveries \& checking stock received (this can be physical work)
Most importantly you will have exceptional customer service skills and an ability to inspire these in others. You will be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic and able to respond quickly to the different demands working at Doghouse can bring. In addition, you will have a commercial mind with a track record in delivering business performance.
