Your Responsibilities will include:
Pack with Purpose
- Liaise with management to ensure smooth, accurate stock flow, resolving any issues promptly
- Support departmental managers with weekly/monthly stock counts, including organising and completing physical stocktakes and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate stock systems and records across all departments (Retail, F\&B, consumables, etc.)
- Ensure continuous replenishment of front\-of\-house areas and coordinate across storerooms for efficient stock control
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all stock rooms, including rubbish removal and recycling in line with best practices
- Provide on\-site support for venue management operations and contribute to logistics projects and wider operational initiatives
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistency across teams for all deliveries and stock matters
- Communicate operational updates or disruptions to relevant teams and customers
- Attend team briefings and contribute to daily operational planning
- Uphold Health \& Safety standards and ensure all inventory is stored and handled safely
- Report any first aid, hazards or ‘Near Misses’ to your line Manager, and actively promote this approach amongst the team
- Respond to guest queries and complaints with warmth and efficiency, escalating when necessary
- Consistently deliver high standards of service and support other departments to enhance the guest experience
- Champion Guest Obsession by engaging in team initiatives and contributing ideas
- Keep all storage areas clean, tidy, and compliant with safety policies
- Ensure safe transport and handling of stock to prevent damage or injury
- Report and document any hazards or incidents immediately
- Support evacuation procedures and uphold all Health \& Safety and profit protection policies
- Ensure you adhere to the uniform policy and personal hygiene is kept to a high standard.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment

- Full UK driving licence (role may involve travel between venues or transporting materials)
- Are comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet, it’s a hands\-on job that keeps the magic moving behind the scenes.
- Are confident working independently for extended periods, as the role involves a significant amount of lone working, perfect for those who enjoy quiet focus and taking pride in their own rhythm.
- Have solid experience in logistics or warehouse coordination, with a proven track record of managing stock as carefully as Paddington packs his suitcase
- Can build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external guests, just like Paddington does with everyone he meets
- Enjoy being part of a close\-knit attraction team, where collaboration and kindness are always on the menu
- Possess strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office, because even a bear needs help keeping things organised
- Have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, ensuring everything is just\-so
- Communicate clearly and confidently, with the motivation to support commercial success at every opportunity
- Are a true team player, ready to lend a paw when needed, while also being comfortable working independently
